    I would not recommend the Chicken Louie. I would either take it off the menu or revamp the way it's prepped. Based on the description it said "chicken with bbq sauce and cheese on top, with chopped tomatoes on top of that and a strip of bacon." I expected a nice juicy piece of chicken sauted or broiled in bbq sauce that would be permeating through the chicken, some cheese melting down over it and a bit of chopped tomatoes on that with a strip of bacon on top of that. What I got was a 1/4 inch small slab of compressed dry cardboard and a thin layer of bbq sauce spread on top as if it were jam spread on toast, with a tiny bit of cheese topped with chopped tomatoes over that and a strip of bacon on top. Very disappointing! I could have made better at home and it was too expensive for what I got. It tasted like a pre-cooked piece of 1/4 inch thin compressed chicken that had been zapped in the microwave. It did not have bbq sauce marinated in it. Not good at all but especially not for the price paid. I didn't want to complain to the waitress at the time as she was the sweetest young lady and it wasn't her fault. *Breanne was her name. Therefore I decided to email you folks about the problem.
